
INGREDIENTS :
- 500 gr chicken feet
- Bay leaf 1 sheet
- 2 pieces of orange leaf
- 1 lemongrass stick
- 2 cm galangal
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Sugar to taste
- flavoring
- Adequate water
- Cooking oil
GROUND SPICES :
- 20 pieces of cayenne pepper / according to taste
- Garlic 8 pieces
- 10 shallots
- Candlenut 4 pieces
- Turmeric 2 cm
METHOD :
- Wash chicken feet. Then boil until tender.
- Heat oil to taste. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Then add bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass stems, galangal, salt, sugar, and flavoring. stir well
- Enter the chicken feet into the stir-fry. Stir again until smooth
- Then add enough water. Cook for about 15 minutes so the spices seep into the chicken feet
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve
