  1. 500 gr chicken feet

  5. 2 cm galangal

  1. 20 pieces of cayenne pepper / according to taste

  1. Wash chicken feet. Then boil until tender.
  2. Heat oil to taste. Saute ground spices until fragrant.

  4. Enter the chicken feet into the stir-fry. Stir again until smooth
  5. Then add enough water. Cook for about 15 minutes so the spices seep into the chicken feet
